Elmendorf, Bernard B. (1905? - 16 JAN 1966)
Bernard B. Elmendorf, 60, died in Tucson, Arizona, Jan.
16, 1966. He had lived in Gig Harbor, Wash. since 1961, when he retired from
Boeing Airplane Co. He was a former resident of Maltby, Wash., where he lived
from 1948 to 1961. He served in World War I as a private and saw duty in France
and Germany.
He leaves his widow Frances, in Arizona, one daughter, Mrs.
John McCombs of Newark, Calif., five sons, Thorvia of Gig Harbor, Ben of
Kenmore, Francis of Everett, Daniel of Snohomish and Mervil of Lynnwood, Wash.,
one sister, Mrs. Frank Schultze of Thorp, Wis., one brother Cletus of Auburn,
Wash., 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Graveside services
were held Friday, Jan. 29, in Camellia Gardens oat Floral Hills Cemetery,
Alderwood Manor, Wash., under the direction of Floral Hills Funeral Home.
In pasture green of the blessed isle where never is heat or cold, where the
