Meyer, Nancy (Senior Profile - FEB 1966)
Nancy Meyer was born on April 15, 1948 at Victory Memorial Hospital in
Stanley. Since that time she has led a very active life, being president of the
Spanish Club, vice-president of the GAA, a member of the triple trio and
Thorpettes, and a part-time job holder. Nancy is also kept busy by her two
brothers, three sisters, and two dogs. One of the highlights of her junior year
was being an attendant for the Junior Prom, and she also cherishes the memory of
her participation as one of the Flora Dora Sextet in the Senior Class Paly.
This brown haired senior likes to read but confesses that she doesn't like
to take the time to do so. She list sewing and swimming as two other favorite
activities. Since Nancy spent her freshman and sophomore years attending Servite
High School in Ladysmith, she may be said to be a relatively new member of THS.
Her advice to underclassmen is , "If you think you don't have to study, do it
anyway." After Nancy graduate, she will go to college at Wis. State University,
Eau Claire.
