Colby, Wis. - May 8, 1958
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Marquardt spent the week-end in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with their children.
A son was born to Mr. and Mrs. Keith Kenyon at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital April 30.
Mr. and Mrs. Claude Sossaman and children of Muskego spent the week-end with relatives here.
Mr. and Mrs. Harry Kuester and family were Sunday visitors at the James P. Wilde Sr. home.
Mrs. Pauline Rankel has returned to her home in Colby after spending the past year in Chicago, Ill.
A daughter was born at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital May 1st to Mr. and Mrs. John Block of Colby, Route 2.
The Abbotsford-Colby barber-shoppers were in Minneapolis, Minn., Sunday and took part in the district chorus contest.
Mrs. Otto Firnstahl and Mr. and Mrs. Ken Firnstahl of Minneapolis, Minn., were guests last week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. I. M. Firnstahl.
Ben Krueger returned from the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital where he had been treated for a knee ailment. He is convalescing at the Henry Krueger home in Abbotsford, Wisconsin.
Arthur Lindner made a trip to Orlando, Florida, last week and returned with his mother, Mrs. Fred Lindner, who spent the winter in Florida with her daughter.
Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Haas and son, Alan, of Seattle, Wash., spent several days at the home of Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Strathman. Mrs. Haas and Mrs. Strathman are sisters.
Mr. and Mrs. Al Rogozinski and family and Mr. and Mrs. Mike Silbersack and family, all of Milwaukee, Wis., spent the week-end with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wilde and family. The ladies are sisters.
Mr. and Mrs. I. M. Firnstahl left Saturday for St. Paul, Minn., where they will spend about two weeks at the home of their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Firnstahl. The latter will undergo surgery.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Hackel were guests at the Bernard Smith home in Eau Claire Sunday and witnessed baptism rites for David Jan, infant son of Mr. and Mrs..............missing content.
