Miss Isabel E. Pickett, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Pickett of Spencer, became the bride of Kenneth C. Holden, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. O. Holden, Minneapolis, Minn., in a service read by the Rev. Ernest Lowe at Minnehaha Methodist Parsonage, Minneapolis at 10:30 a.m., July 19, 1947.
The couple were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Harold Krarup, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), brother-in-law and sister of the bride.
The bride is a graduate of Spencer High School and of Central State Teachers College. She has been a teacher at Thorp and Owen for the past three years. The groom is a graduate of Prescott High School and the University of Vermont and served in the Army Air Corps for three years. He is employed at the Toro Mfg. Corp at Minneapolis, where he and Mrs. Holden will make their home.
