Mr. Otto spent Sunday at the Markee home.

Ladies Aid at the Flikke home next Wednesday, May 18th.

Quite a crowd from around here attended the auction in Greenwood Saturday.

Mr. Kansora came Saturday for a few days visit at the Bessie home.

Mrs. Scovel and Mrs. Welsh spent Sunday afternoon at the Hewey home.

We were glad to see Mrs. Rude and children at S. School Sunday. We hope more mothers will hitch up their horse and bring the children.

Preaching Friday night at the schoolhouse.

Granny Scovel spent last Wednesday at the Markee home.

Quite a number around here are planting corn.

John Tomac was blowing stumps for Fritz Limprecht.

Mr. and Mrs. Earl Nelson of Chicago were at the Rude home Monday night demonstrating the Wear Ever Aluminum ware. Not a very large crowd. A pleasant evening was enjoyed by all.

Mr. and Mrs. Roy Vogel are spending a few days at the Behringer home.

Mrs. Behringer's daughter Minnie autoed up from Manitowoc one night last week.
