Martin Herman of Harshaw spent Sunday at the Dr. McNown home.
Mrs. Melvin Biddle and daughter Colleen left for Milwaukee on Saturday to visit her husband.
Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Tobola and Mrs. Ed Western visited John Theilke at St. Mary’s Hospital in Green Bay last week.
Mrs. Mary Biddle spent the weekend with her daughter, Mrs. Allois Prock and family at Owen.
Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Gorsegner and Tommy Davis spent Monday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Joe Melldinger and Frank Mueller in the town of Reseburg.
Mr. and Mrs. John Pagel and son George called at the Mary Biddle home on Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. Tom Davis and son Tommy spent Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Kummer at Medford.
Mrs. V.W. Christensen entertained the Newcomers’ Club on Wednesday afternoon.
Mrs. A. E. Bauer entertained the Sheepshead Club on Tuesday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jones of Altoona, and Mrs. Ben Brott, also of Altoona, were Sunday guests at the Kate Weber home.
Mr. and Mrs. Ed Cook visited Jeff Frazee at the Stanley hospital on Sunday.
Mrs. Ore Hickox visited at the Art Jacobson home in Stanley on Sunday.
