Mrs. Fillmore and Miss Cady of Marengo, Ill.
came Monday to remain at the C.J. Bigelow home for some time, to rest up and get
away from the city for a while.
Pete Larson and C.J. Bigelow are busy
cultivating their corn.
We surely are getting plenty of windy weather
this spring, and were all pleased with the fine rain we had, as it was needed
very badly.
Mr. and Mrs. F.E. Dean ahve a fine garden. They are using
lettuce and radishes now.
Joe Ticer, C.J. Bigelow, Bill and Leo Greening
and Ralph Bigelow worked on the road for Maurice Meredith last week.
Mrs.
Emil Burda will have an auction sale June 16th, and expects to go to Chicago to
live.
The Podrovitz's entertained company Sunday.
Mrs. Fillmore,
Mrs. Loy, Miss Cady and C.J. Bigelow and family spent Sunday at the F.E. Dean
Home.
