The neighborhood was grieved Friday to hear of the death of Mr. Waseca. He died
at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. J.J. Susa. Almost seven
weeks ago he returned from the hospital where he went for treatment for cancer,
but could get no help and since his return home, all that loving care and
willing hands could do for him was done until death released him from his
suffering Friday evening, June 26th. The family has our sympathy in their
sorrow.
Mr. A. Susa sawed wood again Monday.
Mr. Dunall of
Riplinger called at Lou Dimler's Tuesday.
The barn dance at Frank
Merlak's Wednesday night was well attended, considering the rain.
Lou
Dimler sheared sheep for Mr. Dunall Tuesday p.m.
Mr. A. Barr of Greenwood
was seen on our roads Saturday.
Claude Carter was calling in the
neighborhood Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. L. Dimler called at the Wm. Dimler home
Friday afternoon.
There was a barn dance at Merlak's Saturday night.
