Mr. and Mrs. Anton Korntved and family and Mr. and Mrs. Peter Korntved and family visited at the home of their brother on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. N.W. Scherer and family of Greenwood spent Sunday at the John Demuth home.

Ernest Christie was a business caller at Geo. Scherer's Sunday morning.

Douglas Ormond of Globe was seen on our streets Wednesday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. C.A. mason and family and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Brecht and family visited at the Geo. Scherer home Sunday evening.

While driving home the cows Friday evening, Mrs. Julius Ampe was attacked by one of them and severely injured. She was taken to Marshfield to the hospital at one, and at present is getting along nicely. We all hope for a speedy recovery.

News is rather scarce around here at present as there isn't much doing.

Mr. and Mrs. Kalkofen and family and Mr. and Mrs. Quimley visited at the Geo. Scherer home Saturday evening.

Mr. Brecht quite working on the road and started work for Willis Enhelder on Monday.
