Greenwood (17 December 1970)

Visitors Friday evening at the Robert Stewart home were Mr. and Mrs. Olin Thompson of Portage.

Lawrence Jackson and Mr. and Mrs. Don Warner were Sunday visitors at the home of their son, Harold Warner and family, in Chetek and with their daughter, Mrs. Don Telford and family in Eau Claire.

Guests Saturday at the Thomas Erickson home were Mr. and Mrs. James Munkwitz and daughters, Michelle and Ellen, Rodney Lyons and Roger Eichstaedt of Milwaukee.

Friends were entertained Saturday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Vollrath. Pinochle was played.

The Adult Fellowship will meet in Zion United Church of Christ Sunday at 8 p.m. for a Christmas Party. Gifts will be exchanged and a potluck lunch served.

Seventy-five members and guests attended the Adult Fellowship Christmas party Sunday evening in Immanuel United Church of Christ. Members of the Zion group were guests. Miss Karen Toburen of La Crosse, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Delmar Toburen showed slide and gave at talk on her tour of European countries last summer.
