John M. Glasshof, former resident of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), died at his home in Minneapolis on Feb. 2, 1948. He was born in Rentoul, Wis. on Jan. 6, 1874, and had reached the age of 74 years and 26 days.

Services were conducted at the McDivitt Chapel by Rev. Carl H. Bartsch, D.D. Interment took place in Sunset Memorial Park.

He is survived by his wife, Selma, and one daughter, Helen; six brothers, Fred, Will, and Otto of Thorp, Henry of New York City, George of Los Angeles, and Oscar of Minneapolis; six sisters, Mrs. Emma Burnside of New York City, Mrs. Henrietta Welch, Mrs. Pearl Paterson, Mrs. Josephine Corrigan, and Mrs. Irene Morgenstern, all of Los Angeles, and Mrs. Clara Brosche of Seattle, Wash.
