Fitze, Georgia (Marriage - 11 June 1936)
St. John’s Episcopal church at Wausau was the scene of the marriage of Miss Georgia Fitze, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Howard Fitze, Abbotsford, and Clarence Parrish, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. R. Parrish, Stanley, Saturday, at four o’clock. The Rev. W. C. Way officiated.
Attendants of the couple were Mrs. A. W. Notman of Stanley, and W. H. Fitze, Abbotsford, Wis.
A finger-tip veil of tulle and a bouquet of pink roses and swansonia set off the white satin gown of princess style worn by the bride.
Mrs. Notman was attired in a yellow mousseline de soie frock and a yellow hat. She carried a bouquet of mixed spring flowers.
A wedding dinner was served by Mrs. Charles Thresher at her home in Schofield. The couple then left on a two weeks trip to the southern part of the state.
They will be at their home here, after June 28.
