Langiewicz, Dolores P. #23 (26 JUN 1948)
Mr. Donald Ramberg, son of Edward Ramberg, and Miss Dolores Patricia Langiewicz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alex Langiewicz, all of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), were united in marriage by the Rev. L. C. Pollock at St. Mary’s Rectory at Stanley in a ceremony performed at 10:00 o’clock Saturday morning, June 26th, 1948.
The couple was attended by Alex Langiewicz, Jr., brother of the bride, and Miss Elaine Markowski, who was dressed in an orchid formal.
The bride was attired in a white satin gown with sweetheart neckline, long sleeves and full skirt with train. She wore a fingertip veil and carried a wedding bouquet of white carnations, roses and lilies of the valley.
Clarice and Henrietta Langiewicz, sisters of the bride as bridesmaids, were dressed in yellow and aqua formals. The groom’s attendants were John Gruba and Erwin Klick.
The wedding reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents with a wedding dance at Mileaway Ballroom in the evening.
The newlyweds left on a honeymoon to the east coast and upon their return will be at home to their many friends on the groom’s farm south of Thorp.
