Anderson, Audrey (Marriage - 27 Feb. 1937)
Miss Audrey Anderson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Anderson, Abbotsford, became the bride of Alfred Scheel, also of Abbotsford, at 11 a.m. Saturday, the ceremony being performed at the home of the bride.
Only immediate relatives and friends attended the ceremony, which was performed by the Rev. L. C. Smith.
The bride was attired in a floor length dress of lace trimmed white satin. She wore accessories of white and carried rosebuds, sweet peas and babies breath.
Miss Vivian Moore, a friend of the bride, attended as bridesmaid, wearing a floor length gown of satin, with accessories of silver. Claude Hoeper, of Owen, acted as best man.
After the ceremony a reception and dinner were given for 22 guests. Out of town guests included Mrs. Anna Brownell, Glendive, Mont.; Mr. and Mrs. Marion Potter and daughter, Elaine, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Scheel, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Scheel, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Scheel and Mrs. J. Love, Owen.
Mr. and Mrs. Scheel left on a wedding trip to Minneapolis and St. Paul. They will reside at Abbotsford where the groom is employed by the Northern States Power company.
