Hickok, Willard (Mar. 19, 1886 - 26 Feb. 1937)

Willard Hickok died of a heart attack at the home of his brother, Russell, in Milwaukee on Feb. 26th. Funeral services were held, Monday at 2:30 P.M. from the Bennett and LaFrania Funeral Home, Chippewa Falls. The Rev. Carl Bruhn of the Presbyterian church officiated, with Masonic services conducted by Mr. Elliot. A large number of Masons and Elks attended. Members of the B.P.O.E. lodge acted as pallbearers. Internment was made in Forest Hill cemetery.

Willard Hickok was born at Curtiss, March 19, 1886. He served as postmaster there for eight years. Later he made his home at Chippewa Falls. Mr. Hickok was a member of the Congregational Church at Curtiss, a member of Masonic Lodge No. 298 at Abbotsford, and of the B.P.O.E. No. 2, Chippewa Falls.
