Cut flowers and blue and white streamers carried out the color scheme of the pretty autumn wedding of Miss Francis Lang, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Lang, of Hammond, who was married to Elroy Kattre, son of Mrs. Minnie Kattre of Abbotsford, Sunday afternoon at 2:30, at the home of the bride’s parents.
The bride was gowned in Mayam blue romaine crepe with blue accessories and wore a shoulder corsage of rosebuds, forget-me-nots and swansonias. She was attended by Miss Lucille Guttings of Hammond, who was attired in a mahogany crepe dress with brown accessories, with a shoulder corsage of snap-dragons and sweetpeas. The groom was attended by James Witte of Saint Paul.
The Rev. H. P. Nordby, Baldwin, a former pastor in Abbotsford, performed the ceremony under an arch of autumn flowers and ferns.
A reception was held and a 6:30 dinner was served to forty-five guests.
Mr. and Mrs. Kattre left for a trip through Northern Wisconsin and will be at home to friends at Cadott after September 26th.
