Wing, Catherine (1 Sept. 1880 - 8 May 1959)
Mrs. Frank B. Wing of Abbotsford, Wisconsin died at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital Friday at the age of 78 years. She died with a complication of ailments. She entered the hospital Monday and underwent surgery Friday. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon in the Presbyterian church in Abbotsford, Rev. Lawrence Faivre officiating, and internment was made in the Neillsville cemetery. Pall bearers were Don Seidl of Marshfield, W. D. Danielson, H. T. Ketchum, Chester Knight, M. N. Hutt and Wilbur Kuehnast.

The former Catherine MacMillan was born on September 1, 1880, in Neillsville where she and Mr. Wing were married on October 21, 1903. The couple celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1953. She was active in community and church affairs and was a member of the Presbyterian Ladies Home Mission, a charter member of the Library Club, the Library Board and the Music Study Club.
Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. A. A. (Mary) Young of Oakland, Calif., a son, J. Ben Wing of Marshfield; two sisters, Mrs. F. C. Cutter of Lima, Ohio, and Miss Beatrice MacMillan of Milwaukee and several grand children. One brother preceded her in death.
