Marshall, Judy Marie (Engagement - 1971)

Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Marshall of Neillsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Judy Marie Marshall, to Russell R. Ratsch, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ratsch of Rt. 1 Neillsville.

Miss Marshall, a 1969 graduate of Neillsville High School is employed at the Farmer’s Store Company in Neillsville. Her fiancé, who graduated from Neillsville High School in 1967, is a senior at the Parkside campus of the University of Wisconsin-Kenosha. Wedding plans are indefinite.
