Rein, Madeline (5 Sept. 1896 - 29 Mar. 1960)

Mrs. Morris Rein, the former Madeline Reyer of Colby, died at her home in Algoma Tuesday. Funeral services will be held at Algoma Friday afternoon. The body will be brought to Colby for internment Saturday afternoon at 1:0 P.M. when grave-side services will be held at the Colby Memorial cemetery (Colby, Wisconsin).

Funeral services for Mrs. Morris Rein, the former Madeline Reyer of Colby, Wisconsin were held in the Methodist church at Algoma Friday afternoon, Rev. Eldor Riggs officiating, and internment was made in the Colby (Colby, Clark Co. Wis.) Cemetery.

Mrs. Reyer was born on September 5, 1896, and graduated from State College at Stevens Point after which she taught schools in Wisconsin and Minnesota. She married Morris Rein on September 5th, 1937.

Older residents of Colby will remember her for her pleasing and friendly disposition. There are still many people in Colby who numbered her as a friend and were sorry to hear of her death.

Out-of-town people here for the grave-side services were Morris Rein of Algoma, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Distelhorst of Madison, Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Reyer of Chevy Chase, Md., Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Reyer of Wauwatosa, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Reyer of Park Falls, Mr. and Mrs. Danny Reyer of Madison and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Zebro of Minneapolis, Minn.
