There will be a Box Social at the Hemlock Schoolhouse on Friday night, Nov.
29th. Ladies bring boxes and men bring money.
The Home Economic Meeting
will be held on the 1st Thursday in December at the Norwegian Lutheran Church
basement, at 10:00 o'clock. Bring your lunch. All women interested come to that
meeting.
Rob Smith called at the Welsh home Tuesday morning.
The
following were entertained at dinner at the Markee home Sunday - Lois and
Dorothy Dakin and Mr. Otto.
Mr. Capes and Edna Markee and Rev. Borchardt
spent Sunday at the Markee home.
Ernest Krokson is out sawing wood for
Mr. Behrens, Bessie's and Rude's.
Mr. and Mrs. Finkle and family spent
Sunday at the Elmer home.
Mr. and Mrs. Flikke and family spent Sunday at
the Gordee home.
Vingers had company Sunday.
Mrs. Welsh spent
Monday afternoon at the Flikke home.
Mrs. G. Vine returned home last week
from Milwaukee.
Floyd Smith went to Black River Falls, where he will work
for the winter.
Preaching at the schoolhouse Friday night. Everybody is
welcome. Let's have a good crowd.
