Mr. A.F. Zevnik of Joliet, Ill., who has been visiting his folks
here during the past week, returned to his home Sunday.
Quite a few
people from Willard attended the dance at Greenwood Friday evening.
Joe
Zallar and Roland and Boyd Hintz made a trip to the spruce swamp between Tioga
and Fairchild on Saturday, returning with a load of 14 Xmas trees.
Heloise Glass spent the weekend at her home here.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul
Baldwin and baby daughter have left for Decatur, Ill, where they will spend the
winter.
Mr. and Mrs. G.P. Campbell and daughter Jean spent Saturday and
Sunday in Osseo.
Evonka Zallar spent Sunday afternoon with Ann Matkovich.
Via Pettis had supper with Naomi Emberson Sunday.
Program: At the
Willard school Friday, Dec. 18 at 8:00 p.m. Guaranteed to have a good time.
M. Matkovich and family are pound owners of a new piano.
Mr. Fred
Barr was a Willard caller Saturday p.m.
Miss Edna Hare spent Saturday
p.m. with Jennie and Anne Celesnik.
Mrs. Merlak and Jennie attended
church at Willard Sunday.
The following spent Sunday p.m. at the Geo.
Celesnik home: Mrs. Anne Ulesich, Mr. Louis Arch, Mike Lesnak, Mr. and Mrs.
Matkovich and daughter Mary and son Martin.
Mr. Parkel and son Frank were
callers in this vicinity last week.
They are going to gravel the road
Monday. Hope they make it fine.
Martin Kokaly Jr. spent Friday p.m. at
the Celesnik home.
Jennie, Ann and Amelia Celesnik spent Sunday night at
Matkovich's.
Mr. Joe Ulesich butchered one day last week.
