Nosbisch, Alvera M. (Marriage –1950)
Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Gottschalk are making their home in Arpin following their honeymoon in northern Minnesota and Canada. The bride is the former Alvera M. Nosbisch, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Nosbisch of Colby, and the groom is the son of Mrs. Adel Gottschalk of Arpin.
The wedding occurred at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Colby, Wis. Bridal aides were Miss Myrtle Gottschalk, Kenilworth, Ill, sister of the groom, as maid of honor, Miss Lucille Gottschalk, another sister of the groom, and Miss Dorothy Gosse, Milwaukee, as bridesmaid. Marlene Mae Reigel, a niece of the bride, was flower girl. Vincent Nosbisch, Marshfield, a brother of the bride, was best man. Kenneth Kobs of Milwaukee and Lavern Nosbisch of Colby, another brother of the bride, were groomsmen.
