Walsh, Maxine L (5 or 6 May 1919 - 24 June 2001)
Maxine L. (nee Siems) Walsh, age 82, of St. Paul, MN, died on June 24, 2001, after a dignified struggle with Alzheimer’s. Survived by husband, Steven of 54 years; daughters, Colleen Dunphy-Komar (Dennis) of Clearwater, FL and Mary Ellen Kaehler (Allen) of Vadnais Heights; son, Bill of St. Paul; grandchildren, Michael, Shannon and Ryan Dunphy, and Emily and Patrick Kaehler; step-grandchildren, Dennis, Jay and Amy Komar.
Mass of Christian Burial was Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Bernard’s 197 W. Geranium Ave., St. Paul, with visitation Thursday, 4-8 p.m. at Roseville Memorial Chapel, 2245 N. Hamline Ave. (Hwy 36 & Cty Rd B). Vigil prayers at 7 p.m. with one hour of visitation prior to mass at the church. Interment was made in Roselawn Cemetery.
Memorials preferred to the Alzheimer’s Association of donor’s choice. "A special thank you, to Shalom Home and Lyngblomsten for their wonderful care."

Notes: Maxine was born in the Town of Pine Valley, Clark County, the daughter of William Frederick Carl Siems and Pearl Edna Christenson, and step-daughter of Helen Siems, all of whom preceded her in death.
