Kopp, Frank J. (19 April 1872 - 29 March 1941)

Frank J. Kopp, aged 68 years, 11 months and 10 days, passed away at the Clark County Hospital, Owen, March 29.

Mr. Kopp was born April 19, 1872, to Joseph and Louise Kopp, his birthplace being St. Charles, Minn. He came to Clark County with his parents in 1893, the family settling on a farm in the Town of Levis. Later, the young man went to Nebraska where he was married in 1923 to Miss Anna Bendorf. Four years later, in 1927, they came to the Town of Levis to conduct the Kopp farm for his mother.

Mr. Kopp is survived by his wife, and two brothers, George, Levis, and Joseph, Pine Valley.

Funeral services were held at Schiller’s Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. this Wednesday, burial taking place in the Neillsville Cemetery. Rev. G. W. Longenecker conducted the rites.

Pall bearers were: Harry Gehrt, Otto Gehrt, Fred Mohr, Christ Mohr, Andrew Wightman and Reinhold Pretsch.
