Mrs. David Frane underwent surgery at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital.

A son, James Dennis, was born to Mr. and Mrs. Lester Willner September 4.

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Sedlack spent Sunday and Monday with relatives at Kiel and Oshkosh.

Mr. and Mrs. Lester Wegner of Brookfield spent several days at the home of Mr. and Mrs. O. J. Dix.

Mrs. Tom O’Connor of Milwaukee, a former Colby citizen, visited friends in Colby over the week-end.

Mrs. Gust Brehm and Wallace Sossaman, who had been patients at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital, returned to their respective homes.

Mr. and Mrs. Harry Bender and Mr. and Mrs. I. M. Firnstahl left Wednesday on a trip to the Black Hills and Yellowstone Park.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Witt of West Allis spent Sunday and Monday with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Milford Frome.
