Eysnogle, Nettie (25 January 1861 - 11 October 1950)
Mrs. Joseph Eysnogle, age 89, died at the home of her daughter Mrs. James Young, in the Town of Hendren at 9 a.m. Wednesday, October 11. The body reposed at the Georgas Funeral Home until Saturday when it was taken to the Methodist church for services at two o’clock. The Rev. Lee Holmes of Loyal officiated. Burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.
Mrs. Eysnogle, nee Nettie Deets, was born on January 25, 1861, to Abraham and Nancy Ann Robins Deets. She came to Richland County from Ohio with her parents at the age of two. After her marriage the young couple farmed in Richland County and came in 1900 to Clark County, where they farmed until 1942. In that year they retired and purchased a home in Neillsville where they resided until Mr. Eysnogle’s death on March 11, 1945. After her husbands death she made her home with her daughters. The Eysnogles celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1937. She was a member of the Methodist Church in the Town of York and in the city of Neillsville.
She is survived by three children, Mrs. Charles (Blanche) Schaeffner of Granton, Mrs. James (Zettie) Young of Willard, and Mrs. Merton (Dessie) Davis of Marshfield; a sister, Mrs. Villa Moser, of Richland Center, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband she was preceded in death by a daughter, two sisters and two brothers.
Pallbearers were her grandsons: Halan Davis, Bernard Davis, Joe Davis, Herbert Fensome, Elliot Hollister and Wilbur Schaeffner.
Rev. and Mrs. Virgil Nulton sang two selections accompanied by Mrs. Florence Counsell at the piano.

Deets and Fred Deets of Bloom City; Mrs. Reinhold Young, Mrs. Mabel Johnson, Mrs. Walter Dill, Mr. and Mrs. Algie Potter of Black River Falls; Mr. and Mrs. James Young of Willard; Mr. and Mrs. Merton Davis of Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Schaeffner of Granton; Mr. and Mrs. Joe Davis and family of Wisconsin Rapids; Bernard Davis of Gary, Ind.; Mr. and Mrs. Halan Davis and son, Dennis, of Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Elliot Hollister of Platteville; Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Schaeffner of Spokeville; Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Fensome and Gwen of Spokeville; Mr. and Mrs. Lee Clouse of Loyal; Clifford Moser of Gotham; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Johnson of Granton and Mrs. Eugene Overby of Tomah.
