Madsen, Arlene (Marriage - 14 October 1950)
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Koehler, newlyweds are making their home in Milwaukee following a wedding trip in northern Wisconsin and Canada and a visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Matts Madsen, at Neillsville. She is the former Arlene Madsen. The groom is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The wedding took place at Ascension Lutheran Church in Milwaukee on October 14, 1950.
The attendants were Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Hagen, brother-in-law and sister of the bride, Frederick Converse and Frank Brown, friends of the groom, Doris Madsen, sister of the bride, and Ruth, a cousin of the bride.
The bride was gowned in white satin trimmed with a beaded yoke and a beaded crown that held in place her finger tip veil. Her attendants were all attired in pale green gowns.
The church was decorated for the occasion with garden flowers. A reception in the church basement followed the ceremony.
