Garbisch, Janet Lee (Marriage - 20 February 1971)
Miss
Janet Lee Garbisch and Larry Lee Marshall were married Saturday, February 20, in
a 1 p.m. Double ring ceremony performed in Zion Lutheran Church at Granton by
the Roland Roehrs. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Leland Garbisch of
Granton and Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Marshall of Neillsville.
For her wedding
the bride chose a white suit accented with black accessories and a yellow orchid
corsage. Her heirloom necklace of a single pendant pearl had been worn by her
grandmother.
Maid-of-honor Marilyn Garbisch, the bride’s sister, wore a
tangerine street-length dress with black accessories. She also had a yellow
orchid corsage.
Charles Harr of Rhinelander served as bestman.
A 5
p.m. reception for 100 guests was held at Bali Hai supper club.
The new
Mrs. Marshall, a 1968 graduate of Granton High School, has been employed as a
medical records clerk in Marshfield. The groom, a 1966 graduate of Neillsville
High School, is a student at Kenosha Technical Institute. They will live in
Kenosha.
