Lehrman, Anna (20 Jan. 1877 - 9 Jan. 1961)

Mrs. Theodore Lehrman of Marshfield, a former Colby resident, died at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, Monday morning at the age of 83 years. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday morning at the Hansen Funeral Chapel in Marshfield, Rev. G. M. Krueger, pastor of the Immanuel Lutheran church, officiated and burial was made in the Colby (Colby, Clark Co. Wis.) Cemetery.

Anna Volkmar was born in Erfurt, Germany, January 20, 1877, and came to the United States at the age of seven years with her parents who settled in Colby, Wis. She received her education here and was married to Theodore Lehrman on December 25, 1896. After their marriage, the couple lived in Colby, Wisconsin for 12 years and then moved to Marshfield. Her husband died on November 17, 1940.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. George (Lillian) Becker of Marshfield, with whom she had made her home the past 16 years, and Mrs. Edward (Selma) Spillane of Middleboro, Mass. Another daughter, Agnes, and two brothers preceded her in death.
