Schultz, Leonard Bernard (28 February 1881 - 19 December 1950)
Leonard Bernard Schultz of the Town of Weston died at the Neillsville Hospital at 12:50 a.m. December 19 after an illness of two weeks.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday at 10:00 a.m. at the farm home and at 10:30 a.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church at Globe. The body lay in state at the Georgas Funeral home until Wednesday noon when it was taken to the farm home. Interment will be made in the church cemetery at Globe with Rev. Adolph Schumann officiating.
Mr. Schultz was born on February 28, 1881, to Ludwig and Caroline Kuhl Schultz in the Town of Weston. He spent his entire life on the farm where he was born. He was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Globe. On April 21, 1908, he was married to Anna S. Flaig at Norwalk.
He is survived by his wife and ten children: Mrs. Clarence (Margaret) Roderick of Neillsville, Mrs. Louis (Myrtle) Pocrnich of Neillsville, Mrs. Raymond (Lilly) Massie, Mrs. Edward (Leona) Frabry and Mrs. Vincent (Jannette) Formaggio, all of Chicago, Alfred, William and Donne Lee at home, Mrs. William (Mabel) Bertrang of Fairchild, and Bernard of Elmhurst, Ill., 13 grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Martha Burnett of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Two sisters, Louise and Ida, and three brothers, Albert, Herman and Robert, also an infant son preceded him in death.
