Hintz, William E. (5 May 1881 - 20 Feb. 1961)

William E. Hintz of Abbotsford, Route 1, died at a nursing home at 12:45 o’clock Monday morning. Funeral services were held at the Lulloff Funeral Home in Colby Wednesday afternoon, Rev. F. H. Sprengler, pastor of the Christ Lutheran church in Abbotsford, officiated and internment was made in the town of Holton cemetery.

Mr. Hintz was born in the town of Holton on May 5, 1881. He married the former Ida Prange on May 27, 1906, after which the couple farmed in the Abbotsford area all their lives. His wife died on June 30, 1960.

He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Della Leahy of Abbotsford, a brother, Gust Hintz of Abbotsford, three grand children and 10 step children.
