Merrill Dunn of Greenwood has brought a well drill to the Collins farm on Monday. Very good signs of a new well.

Clarence Butler and Home Jones left for the north woods on Friday.

Clubs held at the Shoemaker home last Friday was well attended. 17 women present and eleven children. Mrs. Noah of Greenwood gave several demonstrations to the Homemakers Club and those belonging to Mystery Pall Club. Received many nice gifts.

The Victor Kuehl and Ernest Shoemaker families visited on Sunday after Sunday School at Alma Center.

Hugo Kuehl had the misfortune of having a cow die Saturday a.m.

Ray Collins has a sick cow.

Dixie Morrison spent Saturday night with relatives here and attended Sunday School Sunday morning.

The David Kile family called on Friday evening at the V. Kuehl home.

Mrs. Arthur Reineke and Mrs. Ed Greer called on Mrs. H. Kuehl Saturday p.m.

Mrs. Fred Morgan received word of the death of her nephew Roy on Wednesday last week. Our thoughts of sympathy are with her.
