Quast, Beverly (Marriage –1951)
Mr. and Mrs. Glenn S. Sisson, newlyweds are making their home in Milwaukee following their wedding trip in the western states. The bride is the former Beverly Quast, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Quast of Greenwood. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Sisson, also of Greenwood. The wedding took place at the United Evangelical Lutheran in Greenwood.
The bride wore a gown of slipper satin featuring a fitted bodice and Chantilly lace yoke and sleeves. Appliquéd lace trimmed the front of the skirt and a crown of imported orange blossoms held in place her finger tip veil. She carried a lavender orchid centered on a white prayer book.
The bride was attended by her cousin Miss Leola Belter of Eau Claire as maid of honor and Miss Donna Mae Baird of Greenwood as bridesmaid. Flower girl was Margie Dyre.
William Sisson, the groom’s brother, was best man, and Wilbert Swieso, was the groomsman. Allen Quast of Greenwood and Robert Quast of Neillsville were ushers.
