Announcement has been made of the marriage of Miss Hazel Kettel of Vermont to Claud Apfelbeck, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Apfelbeck of Colby, Wis. The marriage took place at St. Juliana’s Catholic Church at Edison Park, Ill.

The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Lyton Weber, the groom’s brother-in-law and sister, and Mr. and Mrs. Apfelbeck, his brother and sister-in-law.

The groom has been called into army service.
