Bast, Mathilda (? - 10 April 1971)

Word has been received here of the death on April 10 of Mrs. Edwin (Mathilda) Bast, 81, of West Bend, formerly of Neillsville. The Basts operated the Neillsville Bakery here for many years. Services for Mrs. Bast were held April 14, at 11 a.m. at Holy Angels Church in West Bend. Burial was in the parish cemetery.

Survivors include a son, Louis Bast of West Bend, a grandson, and a great-granddaughter. Mr. Bast died in August of 1970.
