Wolf, Nora (27 DEC 1908 - 19 NOV 1951)
Mrs. Gordon Wolf, 42, wife of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) druggist passed away at her home here Monday at 4:15 p.m.
Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m. at St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church.
Burial will be at St. Ann’s Cemetery, Stanley.
Rosary services will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Rev. Rather Francis Piekarski conducted funeral services at St. Hedwig’s Church, Thursday morning, Nov. 22 for Mrs. Nora B. Wolf, 42, who passed away at her home here on Nov. 19, 1951, death being cause by a blood clot. She recently had undergone a major operation at the general hospital at Madison, but was on the road to recovery.
The deceased was born in Stanley on Dec. 27, 1908. She was united in marriage to Gordon A. Wolf of Thorp on Sept. 26th, 1930 and she has been a continuous resident of this city since that time.
Besides her husband, she leaves to mourn her untimely demise, two daughters, Joan, Mrs. Arthur Kaz of San Antonio, Texas, and Charmaine at home; three brothers, William LaMarche of Mauston, Wis., and Ed and Henry La March of Stanley; four sisters, Margaret, Mrs. Larry Quinn, Red Wing, Minn., Delilah, Mrs. Anton Wald, Minneapolis, Eva LaMarche, Stanley and a twin sister, Verna, Mrs. E. E. LaMarche of Yakima, Wash. One brother and two sisters preceded her in death.
Interment took place in St. Mary’s Church Cemetery at Stanley. Pallbearers were: Ed Bogumill, Chas. Schmidt, Eugene Brunner, Ed Pawlak, Wm. F. Krause and Raleigh Fisher.
