VanErt, Anna (9 SEP 1873 - 19 DEC 1951)
Mrs. Peter VanErt, 79, of Eidsvold (Clark Co., Wis.), passed away at the hospital at Stanley, Wis. Wednesday morning, Dec. 19th, 1951 of old age complications.
Funeral services will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Stanley on Saturday morning at 9:00 o’clock.
Rosary service will be held at Plombon’s Funeral Home at 8:30 Friday evening. An obituary will be published next week.

Mrs. Peter VanErt of Stanley, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 19th, 1951 at the Victory Memorial Hospital there, after a lingering illness.
Mrs. VanErt was born Anna Smith, on Sept. 9, 1873, in Little Chute, Wis. She was married to Peter VanErt in Rushville, Neb., June 29, 1893. They moved to the Thorp Township 57 years ago, where they have since resided.
She is survived by her husband and ten children, Louis of Stanley; Leo of Marshfield; Mrs. George (Olive) Seidl, St. Paul; Mrs. Frank (Marjorie) Endvick, Brill, Wis.; Edward, Bennett, Leonard, Wilfred and Albert, all of Milwaukee, and Donald of Chicago. There are 37 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday morning, Dec. 22nd at nine o’clock at St. Mary’s Church in Stanley, with Rev. Ralph Geissler officiating. Interment was made in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Gerald VanErt, Jack Cesafsky, Gayle VanErt, Raymond Schmidt, Geo. Seidl and Peter Seidl.
