Sherwood (6 May 1971)

The Sewing club met at the home of Mrs. Ardo Fluegel last Wednesday evening.

Mrs. Gladys Ziemendorf spent a day last week with Mrs. John Fluegel.

Mr and Mrs. John Fluegel visited at the Ray Kane home Sunday afternoon.

Julia Schwanebeck was an overnight guest of Bonnie Cournoyer.

Weekend gusts at the Milden Schwanebeck and Paul Schwanebeck homes were Mr. and Mrs. Gary Schultz, Lawrence Winker, larry and Denise, of Brown Deer, and Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Schwanebeck of Rockford, Ill.

Mr. and Mrs. Curt Lijeberg of Rockford, Ill., called Sunday at the Milden Schwanebeck home.

Mr. and Mrs. Milden Schwanebeck and family were guests at the Robert Karloske home in Vesper in honor of the confirmation of their daughter, Diane, April 25.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Neve, Jr., were Sunday evening callers at the Lawrence Freedlund home.

Scott Freedlund went to La Crosse last Saturday to attend a state track meet.

Amy Schwanebeck entertained a group of girls overnight last week.

St. Paul’s Ladies Aid will meet this (Thursday) afternoon in the church basement.
