Ewan, Lauretta (Marriage - 14 June 1941)

Baskets of peonies decorated the altar of Bethlehem Lutheran church, Milan, for a pretty afternoon ceremony last Saturday at which Miss Lauretta Ewan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ewan, town of Johnson, became the bride of Hilbert Borchardt, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Hilbert Borchardt, Athens. The Rev. Ernest Malueg performed the ceremony.

The couple has departed for Peoria, Ill., to make their home, the bridegroom being employed there by the Caterpillar Tractor company.
