Leon Benson spent the weekend visiting at the A.G.
Flaaten home at Owen.
The wedding dance at the Floyd Gould home was
enjoyed by a large crowd Saturday night.
Julius Sorenson is spending a
few days at the H.A. Jorenby home at Atwood.
Alice Alberts spent Thursday
night at the Alvin Thorson home.
A.H. McCarty spent the weekend at his
home here.
Mr. and Mrs. John Bowen and family and Mr. and Mrs. Melvin
Erickson and children spent Sunday at the Carl Benson home.
The Cockerel
entered by Sorenson Bros. was awarded first prize as champion male in the White
Wyandotte class at the Minnesota State Poultry Show held at Minneapolis Jan. 21
- 24. A pullet entered by them also won 2nd prize out of a class of thirteen.
Were Sorenson Bros. members of the Minnesota State Association, they would have
received the loving cup for the Champion Wyandotte Cockerel.
