Mrs. F. Hatton came home Saturday from Janesville
after a week's visit there. She says no snow and not even freezing weather.
Running cars the same as in summer.
The neighbors and friends of Mrs. S.
Martinson gave them a surprise farewell party Saturday evening. All present had
a fine time. Mr. Martinson has rented a farm at Blanchardville and the family
will leave this week. Mrs. Martinson has spent the winter there.
Mr.
Davey came home from Mich. Saturday after a month's visit there.
The
Clover Leaf Cheese Co. installed a new cheese vat last week.
Joe Ozanich
Jr., Mike Podobnik Jr., Frank Arch and C. Hatton spent a pleasant evening with
Otto Meinholdt Saturday evening playing Sheephead.
Fred Halle sawed wood
fro Mike Podobnik and day last week.
Mrs. S.B. Flagg spent Sunday with
her mother in West Eaton, who is very sick.
