Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Scherer and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Kalkofen called to see Mr. Scheuring Thursday evening. Mr. Scheuring is still confined to his bed.

Mr. and Mrs. Arleigh Syth and Miss Beulah Syth were entertained at the John Demuth home Sunday.

The farewell party at Buchsteiner's was well attended. All report a good time.

Mary Scherer, Eva Kalkofen and Regina Syth visited with Alvina Ampe Sunday.

Merritt Kline and family have moved onto the Farning farm.
