Kimball, Edwin Lloyd (1895? - 27 June 1951)
Funeral rites were held at Iron Mountain, Mich., Saturday, June 30, for Edwin Lloyd Kimball, 56, who died at his home in Ralph, Mich., June 27, 1951.
Born in St. Paul, Minn. Mr. Kimball was the son of the later Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Kimball, formerly of Neillsville. Two sisters preceded him in death, Chloe, who died in infancy, and Clara, Mrs. George Mac Donald, who died in 1921.
Following the death of his parents, he made his home in Neillsville with his grandfather, J. A. Kimball, and later with an aunt, Mrs. W. S. Davis, in Granton.
Mr. Kimball served in the Air Corps in World War I. For a number of years he was employed at Bucyrus-Erie Co., in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 1931, he was married to Lita Foster, of Escanaba, Mich., who with two children, Thomas 16 and Jill 11, survives him.
For the past two years Mr. Kimball had owned and operated a general store in Ralph. Interment was made in an Escanaba cemetery.
