Christianson, Martha (12 December 1870 - 26 June 1951)
Funeral services were held Friday afternoon for Mrs. John Christianson, 80, a native of Neillsville, who died June 26, at Port Edwards, where she has made her home for the last 25 years. Burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.
She was born Martha Austin in Neillsville on December 12, 1870, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vonnie Austin. On June 22, 1887 she was married to John Christianson, and they made their home in the Sidney area, southwest of Neillsville, until they moved to Port Edwards.
Survivors include her husband, three daughters, two sons, 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters, none of whom live in this area.
