Erickson, Jeanne #2 (24 SEP 1949)

Now at home at 201 N. Hewett St., Neillsville (Clark Co., Wis.), are Mr. and Mrs. Harry Rosenquist, whose marriage took place Sept. 24, 1949 in Zion Evangelical and Reformed Church, Neillsville. The Rev. H. J. Dechant officiated at the services. The bride is the former Jeanne Erickson, Merrillan, and the groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Rosenquist of Withee (Clark Co.)

The bride wore a satin dress with long sleeves and a full skirt appliquéd satin leaves and a long train. Her fingertip veil fell from a crown of seed pearls. She carried a bouquet of red roses and white baby mums.

Maid of honor was Miss Elaine Erickson, a sister of the bride, who wore a taffeta dress of pale green and a picture hat of taffeta and net. She carried a heart shaped bouquet of yellow baby mums. Miss Dorene Erickson, another sister of the bride, as bridesmaid, wore a taffeta dress of orchid, a picture hat and carried a heart shaped bouquet of yellow baby mums.

All the brides attendants wore elbow length gloves matching their dresses.

Junior bridesmaids were the Misses Dianne and Ardyth Epding, Neillsville, nieces of the bride. They were attired in yellow taffeta dresses with picture hats and carried bouquets of yellow baby mums.

The groom was attended by Norman Gosse, Abbotsford, best man, and by George Walter, Merrillan. Ross Erickson, brother of the bride, was ring bearer.

A wedding dinner was served to 65 guests at the Merchants Hotel following the ceremony, and a wedding dance was held that evening at the Silver Dome.
