Krause, Eleonora (1 Feb. 1892 - 24 Sept. 1941)
Mrs. Edwin Krause, 49, Curtiss, died early Wednesday of a brain tumor in a Rochester, Minn., hospital.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Peace Reformed church, Curtiss, with the Rev. S. A. Schmiechen of Colby, officiating.
The body will lie in state at the family home and interment will be made in the Pine Hill cemetery.
Mrs. Krause, nee Eleanora Beil, was born Feb. 1, 1892, at Hilbert where she lived until she married Edwin Krause on Feb. 27, 1911. For the last 29 years she had lived in Curtiss. She was secretary-treasurer of the Ladies’ Aid Society of Peace Reformed church for a number of years.
Surviving her besides her husband and parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Beil, Hilbert, are seven sons: Herman of Stanley, Solomon at home, Edwin and Mervin (twins), Curtiss; Alvin, Ervin and Calvin of Chicago; and seven grandchildren.
A daughter preceded her in death in 1923.
