Maves, Edna (Marriage - 22 Sept. 1941)
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Barney are at home to their friends in the upper apartment of the Herman Schueler house.
Their marriage took place at noon on Monday, September 22, at the Methodist Parsonage at Wausau after which they left on a week’s trip to Northern Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. The Rev. Ross Connor performed the ceremony.
Miss Edna Maves, who is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Maves of Amherst, chose a green suit, fur trimmed, and matching accessories, for her marriage. Her only attendant was Mrs. Maurice Hutt who wore a dark blue suit with matching accessories.
Mr. Barney was attended by Maurice Hutt.
Before her marriage, Mrs. Barney was employed in Stevens Point. Mr. Barney is a driver for the Northland Greyhound Line.
