Mrs. Sam Daughenbaugh arrived from
Illinois Friday.
Everyone reported a good time at the card party at
Neuman's Friday night. Mrs. Thompson and Mr. Gartland won first prize, and
Mildred Clair and Mr. Campbell won the booby prizes.
Mrs. Thompson and
Miss Emberson called at Backus' Sunday afternoon.
Heloise Glass,
Geraldine and Gerald Crotzer spent Sunday evening at Berendsen's.
Miss
Pettis is the proud owner of a new Ford Sedan. Ask her how she liked her trip
from Fairchild to Willard Sunday.
W.F. Backus called at Dimler's Sunday
p.m.
Mr. Hindal was a Willard caller Sunday.
We are glad to see
Mr. Godec is able to be up and around again.
John Ulesich had the
misfortune to cut his hand in the sawmill last week.
Mr. Butcher has
finished sawing here.
We wonder why everyone is so curious about the
corner south of Willard.
