Mrs. Jim Syth was a Marshfield caller
Tuesday. She reports her mother as getting along nicely.

Carteron returned from the southern part of the state Thursday, where he had
spent the past two weeks.
Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Scherer were Neillsville
callers Thursday.
Mrs. Herman Kalkofen and children Lester and Iola left
for Antigo Thursday for a visit with her parents and other relatives and
friends.
Mr. A.T. Ula and Mr. and Mrs. J.B.N. Poirier attended the
auction at Greenwood Thursday.
Quite a number from this vicinity attended
the party at Will Syth's Thursday evening. All report a good time.
Miss
Pearl Poirier, who attends Greenwood High School, spent the weekend with her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.B.N. Poirier.
The Mothers Club meets at the
schoolhouse Friday, May 7th. This will be the last meeting of the term and
important business will be brought up at this meeting, so every mother should
try to come.
Mr. Julius Ampe came home from Marshfield Wednesday, where
he had been for medical treatment.
Albert Ampe and Graham Poirier visited
the George Scherer home Monday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Jim Syth have moved
from the Jorenby farm onto their own farm again, and Mrs. Willis has moved into
the Potts house.
We hope it will soon warm up. Don't you?
