Eidsvold

The infant daughter of W. A. Smith and wife is said to be dangerously ill.

The S. L. Church society (Norwegian) gave a basket social at the residence of John Langen Saturday night which was largely attended, $47 being the amount realized.

S. S. Warner has let 22 acres of hay land and 5 acres of breaking to Guy Worden.

John Miller, Jr., moved into his house last week.

Ole Krogan of Edson township is delivering nursery stock hereabout for the Germania Co. of Rochester, N. Y.

Chas. Robeson's horse ran away one day last week, throwing Mrs. Robeson out of the buggy and running over her, inflicting slight injuries. Two small children that were in the buggy escaped unhurt.

Orin Pierce of Medford, passed through here with a string of horses the other day.

Geo. W. Bailey who recently went into the harness business here, reports a good and growing trade.

Sam, Dave and Myrtle Geer went to Durand last week to visit a brother. Sam and Dave will go from there to the state of Washington.

Jas. Jordan and George Ruscher recently purchased a carload of horses in Minneapolis which they are now offering for sale in this locality.

Tim Warner, the Broederville sheep shearer, is making his annual trip through this neighborhood.
